Need help registering your school or setting up a fundraising campaign? Follow the steps below to get started.

🏫 How to Register Your School

To add your school to the platform, email [email protected] from a work email with a direct link to your school's website. Our team will verify and add your school.

🔑 How to Claim an Existing School

If your school is already listed, follow these steps to become an administrator:

• Register on our platform using your official work email.
• Verify your email address.
• Make a small donation ($5 minimum) to your school to confirm your identity.
• Contact [email protected] to request administrator access.

💰 Money Raised

These donations are deposited into your Oustanda account for purchasing Oustanda Learning Gig licenses.

• The money will be earned by the students for completing academic mastery.
• Teachers verify project work and assessment completion.
• Students can get gift cards, merchandise, or PayPal withdraw (if over 18).

Funds are transfered to your Outstanda account the first week of each month, minimum pending $100 required for transfer.

📢 School Campaigns

Running a campaign helps your school raise more funds by increasing visibility and encouraging community donations.

• More Visibility: Campaigns highlight your school's fundraising goals, making it easier to attract donors.
• Sweepstakes Fundraising: Schools can offer prizes valued at $500 or less to encourage donations.
• Winner Selection: Winners are chosen randomly based on entries. No purchase is necessary. Must be 18+ to enter.
• Prize Fulfillment: The school is responsible for delivering the prize to the winner.
• State Laws: Prize values must not exceed state-specific limits to avoid requiring registration.

🎟️ Setting Up a Sweepstakes Campaign

To create a campaign, log into your dashboard. If you have the 'Manage' permission for your school, you can start a new campaign. Campaigns cannot be canceled after launch. Start with smaller campaigns before scaling up.

⚖️ Sweepstakes Rules & Legal Considerations

Each state has different rules regarding sweepstakes prize limits:

• Prizes cannot exceed $500 in states like California, Texas, and Florida without additional registration.
• Winners are notified via email and must confirm within 7 days.
• Schools must deliver the prize within 30 days of confirmation.
• If a school fails to deliver the prize, the donor may be refunded up to the prize value.
