Welcome to Education Fights Back ("Program"), operated by Outstanda ("Organization"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and participation in any donation, sweepstakes, or gift program. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of Services

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this site and participate in any donations, sweepstakes, or gift programs.
• You agree to use the website and services only for lawful purposes.
• We reserve the right to terminate access to any user violating these Terms.

3. Donations & Payments

• No Refunds: All donations are final and non-refundable.
• We do not store credit card information. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
• Donations do not guarantee the receipt of a thank-you gift.
• Participation in a sweepstakes does not require a donation, and an alternate free method of entry is available.

4. Sweepstakes & Gift Program

• No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win.
• Winners must provide complete and accurate information to claim prizes.
• If selected for a thank-you gift or sweepstakes prize, you agree that we may use your first name, last initial, city, state, and country in promotional materials.
• Winners must accept the prize within the specified timeframe, or it may be forfeited.
• Schools receiving gifts must be actively using Outstanda for educational purposes and comply with program requirements.

5. Data Privacy & Security

• We do not sell personal data.
• We may share information with participating schools for prize fulfillment.
• Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We use industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Liability Limitations

• The Organization is not responsible for any losses, damages, or claims arising from use of our services.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
• Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Ohio.

7. Modifications & Termination

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate services at any time.
• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or site announcements.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against the Organization.
